The seller of these items was very obliging, she replaced the item, by return of post, and very kindly put something extra in as I had told her what I was doing and why. I would recommend this seller as a positive business and would order more when I need to. It wasn t her fault that the item was faulty, it was the manufacturers who had made a mistake in packaging etc . So please accept my profuse apologies.
