    I purchased this for my girlfriend and she was very excited about getting a genuine vintage Herbert Terry Anglepoise lamp. Unfortunately, the package was heavily damaged in shipping. The base was missing and the shade was dented badly. I contacted KJR Resales and provided photos of the damage. The seller responded quickly, apologized for damage that was the fault of the shipping companies and issued a refund. KJR Resales provided excellent and efficient customer service! Thank you!
