    I am very sorry for this happening. We are in the middle of a divorce and future ex wife fell and broke both of her legs. I was unware that there was not a credit card on file with Ebay to cover refunds until Friday the 21st of Feb. As for emails unless they were sent through Ebay messaging I would not have seen them. Again please accept our apology and we are working on issuing refunds immediately.

    HORRIBLE! Received the item and it was hard as a rock. I can’t even use the product. I reached out to seller when I opened it and have not gotten any response. I’m so unhappy with this.

    Unless you've reached out to us through Ebay messaging we would not have known you had an issue. I apologize as my future ex-wife fell and broke both of her legs and I tried shipping what I could find in her inventory. I personally know nothing about makeup or what she sells and only grabbed what was on the shelf in her storage room. Please forgive us and request for a refund and I will issue.
