Already contacted seller who sent 1kg instead of 1.9kg and then refused to compensate fully but would only offer a £4 reduction off a £12 product for a loss of 0.9kg...I was not happy but in the end I had no recourse but to accept this lesser offer

We offered a full refund, but you rejected this and we worked outy the cost of the 1kg of which you accepted, before we made the refund, there was no need for this kind of feedback as we made sure we did everything possible to help.
