    Will definitely purchase any future ritual products from this seller. While processing my order, the seller noticed the item was damaged. He emailed me straightaway and I hadn’t checked my emails that morning so seller telephoned me. Was very apologetic and offered me another scent or refund. I chose another scent and awaiting the arrival of that. However, many times I have received faulty or broken products from OYHER sellers. The service shown here by this seller was second to none.
