The fascinator looks nothing like the photo. Very poor quality and delivered in an envelope so totally flattened. It looked that bad everyone in the family bust out laughing. The only positive thing was that the seller provided a full refund. I still can't believe that anyone would post a large fascinator in an envelope, it's never ever going to arrive anything but squashed, creased and flat.
