  I was concerned to receive my item with the box removed, i.e. the contents of 2 packs of two had been removed from the box which was folded separately. This means I had to refold the box which was bent in the post and now does not stack with others until required. I do not expect to receive items which have been removed from their protective box. Other suppliers do not do that. In addition, the description is misleading and the price is high in comparison. I will not purchase from Knf again.

  Item as described, quick postage. Tin was open inside packaging and some of the beeswax was out. A wee bit of tape to hold lid in place would solve this problem. Good product for my motorbike boots. A+

  Have contacted seller several times illustrations shows a box of 4 items for £4.95 so I ordered 4 boxes but only received 8 hangers 2 per box not 4 This is misleading and seller will not correct and I have contacted you several times without a reply May stop using eBay if this is the level of service when buyers have a problem!!
