    Boots arrived in reasonable time trouble being they were not what I ordered. Messaged seller who responded saying "sorry I will give you £10. More messages sent requesting the boots I paid for or a full refund. Sellers response was to ask me to leave positive feedback and then he would send refund. After a total of 16 messages over several weeks, I have been told to keep the boots, as it's not worth the cost of return, and I have been given a total refund. Hence Neutral feedback .
