Straight after placing the order Gaz contacted me for all details. He kept me informed the whole way and when there were any queries I sent him photos and they were all settled. The shelf arrived on time and all parts were there. There was an issue with my van where it didn't have the correct threads in the holes, but again, Gaz sorted this straight away and sent me out the backing plates on next working day. He even replied to me on a Saturday!! Would fully recommend this unit and this company.
