    We are sad to receive this feedback. Our samples are big enough to show the colour, texture and thickness. If you required a bigger one, you just needed to contact us and we would have arranged for one to be sent to you. With regards to the damaged envelope, we are sorry that's happened but that would be Royal Mail at fault.
