My package had a dent in the box, And once opened found the lens hood damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and we reviewed options as to how to resolve the problem. Once we had exhausted the option of getting a new part from Nikon, we looked into a machine shop making the part, and then the seller got me another hood to replace the broken one... highly recommend this seller!
