We did contact you via the phone and respond to your eBay messages, however, you had let us know you had already used the item prior to inspecting whether the item was damaged or not which suggests it was damaged when it was being applied. In our policy it has been written that it is expected that customers are required to inform us about the product being damaged upon receipt, however, you notified us after fitting the item. Thanks

We already confirmed that we did not send an item that was already damaged and we have never done so as this is not our way of business.
