Seller was very helpful with getting info on package due to postage situation on my end (Canada post). Offered me alternative means to get product to me faster.   Card arrived damaged without proper protection but the seller took full responsibility and issued a refund. As frustrated as I am with not receiving the card in the described condition the seller has assured me that they are taking steps to make sure this doesn t happen to anyone else and I am inclined to believe them. Also great communication. Most people aren t as professional and I appreciate that.

  Thank you for your message and honesty. Due to a recent surge in orders, we ran low on our usual 35pt top loaders and had to use temporary ones to avoid delays. Unfortunately, they didn’t meet our usual standards, and I deeply regret that it affected your order. As a seller and fellow card enthusiast, I feel terrible about this and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment it caused.

  Item got stuck in shipping before leaving Korea, seller was excellent in communicating options, and working with me to address the issue and was able to get it back on course to ship to me. The only downside is I had to pay for expedited shipping, after having already waited several weeks. Recommended seller! Amazing communication. Thank you.

  The card arrived in excellent condition, I really appreciate it! Parcel was sadly delayed, but this was not due to the seller but the shipping provider in the UK (Close to a month stuck). Seller was easy to get in contact with and tried to help get my issue resolved quickly. Will for sure shop here again! :)

  Regardless of shipping complications due to strikes in my country at the time of ordering, the moment the restrictions lifted the item shipped as promised & I recieved it Insanely quick!
