Didn’t receive the chainsaw chain by the delivery date so I contacted the seller, liaised with an extremely helpful gentleman called ‘Mark’ who checked the tracking on my item, it became apparent that it had got lost in the system, the seller promptly sent a replacement out with I received this morning.
