  Nice packing job, and the item was received was better than described & pictured. No cables were included but I was ok with it when communicated. Took almost a month to ship out, but in the end was worth the wait Vs. any negative actions experienced in this transaction. Seller I think also was ill and not feeling well. I will buy from again!

  This was my second item I ordered from this seller. The first arrived in great condition. This one, however, the United States Postal service made a mistake and was unable to ship to my address. The seller was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and did everything they could to make things right(and everything worked out in the end). You can have the peace of mind with this seller knowing they will take care of you if anything happens to your order.

  Proceed with caution. Communication was fine. I think there is a significant language barrier that is difficult to overcome. What I received is in working condition though not as thoroughly as the original description would suggest. I asked if what was in the photo was what I was going to receive. They said yes. It is not exactly. Handling time was about three weeks and they input the wrong tracking number at first. It was a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I got a quote for repairs and as soon as I knew how much it was going to cost the seller refunded me the cost of the repairs. I am very happy with the purchase.   Great company, first off the flute arrived to FL very quickly after it was shipped, I believed they used 2 day air and that was really nice. There was an issue with the model of the flute I received and they were great, sent me a label to return the flute and gave me a full refund. So even though it ended up costing them for shipping to and from via Japan to the USA they didn't charge me for any of the shipping fees. Don't hesitate to do business with this company they stand behind the products
