  Upon arrival, I noticed the album was flexible. The CD, which was supposed to be included & the poster, which according to the listing, was not included were missing. I reached out about the cd and they got back to me quickly. They apologized & told me they would send it out & they did. Not only did I receive the cd still sealed in the white "Shape of Love" envelope with the sticker seal on it, they also included the poster which I wasn't expect. I'm a repeat cust. for a reason.
