  The jeans arrived quickly and we're nice quality and good value, unfortunately they were rather a narrow cut in the calf and I have rather large calfs so have had to return them. The seller responded very quickly and issued me a refund as soon as he received the returned jeans. He was apologetic that they didn't fit also really good customer service highly recommended

  Although the quality seemed great for the price paid the wrong size was sent out. Returned to seller but the issue still has not been resolved. The case has now been placed on hold and I'm now out of pocket. This is not a difficult issue to rectify, either an offer to send out the correct size or a refund would suffice. Appalling customer service!

  I purchased this item, unfortunately on arrival it had a different style to the one in the photo, I reached out to the seller, and instead of going through the tedious process of a return they offered compensation, it was a great experience and speak highly of the seller.
