  I received my ordered item from the seller today. When i opened the package i was surprised to see the glass jar had two large cracks one in the lid and one in the base jar. I notified the seller of the shipping problem. I thought the packaging was adequate for sending. The seller immediately and without hesitation issued a complete refund and apology. I will be glad to do business with this seller anytime and if I observe an item in the inventory to purchase. Great seller customer service.
