    Item arrived quickly on Nov. 19, 2024 six days after ordering. Item is exactly as pictured and described. Price is great but then again I'm frugal and I'm always looking for great deals. Item arrived in the mail in Christmas themed packaging (nice touch). I would definitely recommend this seller. No problems and no complaints.

    Wow. I’ve been a buyer on eBay since 2001 and this is the WORST experience with a seller I’ve ever experienced. First, the package was delivered 10 days after it was marked delivered and arrived quite beat up. only to find the items were defective. They cannot be found on the Gosund app. I have several other Gosund plugs. I tried troubleshooting and everything imaginable. The sellers refused to refund but marked as “completed.” The insults were hateful. Contacted eBay to decide favorably.

    Package was scanned delivered to her mailbox TWO BUSINESS DAYS after she purchased the item. That is actually very fast. I know I wait much longer than that for half of the things I purchase on eBay. Buyer HAS been REFUNDED. She left me this Negative feedback PRIOR to using the prepaid label I provided her to send the item back. Apparently, I can't please everyone :(
