The seller was great to deal with, and all three products (Ski Tote 2) were received as advertised (New in box). However, two of them broke immediately on removal from the packaging in the exact same place (post retaining plastic). It's not clear if the plastic was just old, or this is a defective design. I guess I will have to use Crazy Glue to try to repair them. Very disappointing!

Seller was fast with delivery. Items arrived sealed in original packaging and were in new unused condition. Unfortunately due to the age of the items the first time we went to use the items the plastic broke in all three items purchased. Not the sellers fault. Again they were quick to ship.
