Item is definitely genuine, matching the other keys on the keyboard, and attaching perfectly. I had searched for a replacement key for months, so this was a perfect fit. Having seen other listings that charged significantly more, this listing is very reasonably priced. Communication with seller was also brilliant, with same day responses.

    Item was well priced, in excellent condition, and a quality product. However, occasionally things go wrong, it can happen to all of us, how those thingsd are put right is important. On this occasion I was unfortunately sent the wrong item, but that mistake was corrected with good grace and immediately. A Return was instigated and as soon as the incorrect item was received by the seller, the correct item was posted back out to me and arrived prompty, well packagaed and in excellent condition.

    Great item wonderful value as described fast dispatch and delivery - although the headset bearing cages were slightly bent on arrival and needed straightening, perhaps some cardboard in the padded envelope would help avoid this. I only mention it for the benefit of future customers as they were still OK to use.
