    Absolutely shocking seller. I bought and paid for 2 of these. I received one, in a battered box, these were supposed to be gifts. They also use yodel to courier, therefore was actually delivered 5 days later than supposed. I contacted the seller to ask for the second item I had paid for to be delivered. They responded by offering to refund ONE. I am still waiting nearly a week on from receiving this item for them to respond to my refund request. I would never buy from these again nor recommend.

The listing said the shade was 02 ivory and I was hoping this wasnt the new vegan variant that I didnt want as it isnt the same as the old formulation. However what arrived is 002. Slightly disappointed. The colour looks much darker than expected. So many 1*reviews online for this product now it has changed. Max Factor has lost another customer.
