    When I received this item, it was not as described. The packaging had been opened and resealed and the product was used. However, when I sent photos to the seller and brought this to their attention they did a great job of working with me to rectify this situation. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and we were able to agree on a solution that worked for both of us. Overall, this seller was great and helpful to work with even if their were some hiccups with the overall purchase.

    This item was listed as new, however when I received it I realized that it had been used. I originally left a neutral review, however the seller reached out to me explaining that they had bought a large lot of them that were marked as new & truly thought it was new. I believe them as the way Pura packages them, unless you open the package & examine it very closely, it would be tough to know the item was used. The seller offered me a partial refund w/o me even asking I which was very appreciated
