  I had an issue but sorted it with seller & they responded quickly!! The bands were quite fiddly to put on so wl look at buying some material/ strip type ones too. They were packaged individually but instructions in Chinese but can look on their website for further details. Yodel took ages to deliver too but not the fault of the seller!

  Item hadn't been packaged well at all for shipping, therefore turned up with box all ripped and curlers bent, tried blaming delivery company but had only been put in a thin bag with no note on parcel saying fragile or any wrapping round the product. Have refund straight away which was good but ideally I wanted the product as it was a present. I was then bombarded with message about not leaving a negative review and given a story to go with it as a form of stopping me giving a honest review
