  Seller sent an inferior product and a totally different colour than I ordered. Thin and flimsy and certainly not as pictured. The picture showed a frame on the case when in reality its tiny plastic corners only. I ordered purple and was sent rose gold in an inferior case. Seller wanted me to close return before offering a partial refund. I did not want to do that as I would lose my buyer protection, plus I did not want the case they sent. Ebay provided a return label and I sent it back.
