Totally incompetent and rude. I purchased this Dometic kit and received the one item but an RV thermostat unseat of the correct item. This is the second time it happened- but from another supplier. Obviously they are one and the same company with a different name. Further obvious is that they have their picking numbers out of order. They were going to make me file an Ebay claim, pack it up (just like the other company and send back. DO NOT deal with them. Buy elsewhere.
