    Initially, when I complained that I was sent the wrong colour phone case I received a reply with no apology. After I replied to that I still received no apology. After I questioned whether or not the customer service was a bot and inquired about returning the item, I then received a reply from another customer service person with an apology, a full refund and I didn t need to return the item. So, they asked me to change my review, which I m doing now. So, in the end it turned out to be positive.
