  The material arrived in good conditon. It was in a sealed plastic tub. It was good value and will be used over the next year . Unfortunately It was not delivered to the correct address. It was dumped in a neighbour's yard, half a mile away.

  DON'T BUY from this company. I was sent a faulty item, I then contacted the seller and they are very slow at responding. I returned the item and didn't receive a refund. They are not Professional and will not give u a refund if u return any items. I would give 0 star rating to this company, this is the first time I've had to deal with a BAD company. Heads up spend your money elsewhere.

  After waiting over a week for a pair of washing line poles I had to chase this up, finally was delivered but only one not 2. I contacted the Seller who didn't reply, I escalated to eBay who said it was delivered, I had to go back and explain again. Seller finally replied Send proof. I sent the photo of it being delivered, still no response. eBay have intervened and given a full refund Appalling Customer Service I'm amazed they're still in business!

  I rejected delivery as the packaging and item were damaged. Response from seller quite rude. The following week the SAME Evri courier attempted to deliver the SAME package. I refused to accept delivery again. Evri tracking shows that they had accepted the package for return. Despite sending photographs of the damaged item and a screen grab of the Evri tracking, the seller is refusing to refund me as the item has not been returned to them. So, no item and no refund.   I ordered a set of canisters for £34.49. I had no response or notification from this company and I received an automatic refund from ebay. The company still did not bother to contact me and they immediately advertised this item again for sale but for £134.49. No contact from them whatsoever and if they wanted to cancel they could have done so at the beginning without my money being held for the longest possible duration. I will be avoiding them in the future.
