  The communication was great and gave me real peace of mind when making a big purchase. Delivery was organised painlessly and we love love love our sofa! I am extremely disappointed with the delivery team however. Their attitude was appalling and even ignored me when I asked him a direct polite question. They tried to get us to pay extra for labour to take off the feet and when i said no, they stood and watched while I used my own tools to do it by myself. As woman on her own I find it awful!
