Ordered and received very quickly however upon careful unpacking I firstly found that 2 of the internal heat bricks were cracked with corners broken off and then noticed one of the 4 legs had been welded on pointing inwards. Contacted the seller who offered replacement or partial refund, I asked for partial refund which after 4 weeks , 4 phonecards and multiple eBay messages has never come. Request a replacement if this happens to you

Attention ! Not a genuine seller. After 10 days the item was not posted. I asked why not posted ? After 2 days cane back with looking for right pallet ? Then said will post it that week. Was never posted and there was no more communication. I tried to no avail. After 5 weeks ebay money back guarantee kicked in and i got a refund. Absolute disgrace and waste of time.
