The seller was excellent in their communication and refunded the order, delivering outstanding customer service. Despite the item being incorrect, the delivery was very quick.

    The cooker is identical to other brands and functions perfectly. It does not mention inclusion of a plastic carry case in the listing, but I was still surprised when one wasn't included. Can the seller please highlight this in the listing for the benefit of future purchasers. The price was very good. Dispatch and delivery was much quicker than advertised.     Haven't had chance to use it yet because of the abysmal delivery failures by Royal Mail - 3 days they said they'd tried to deliver it and each time they lied about the reason! Had to fetch it from the sorting office eventually and they just kept giving me lame excuses. Not the supplier's fault. Suggest they use a more reliable delivery service in future.
