    I needed to replace a gift that i managed to loose someplace. The service was great. They contacted me from the very beginning to let me know that the original box was missing so they offered a few options to “compensate “. It was nice to receive a small “apology “ gift along with the mug. Even though the box was missing, it was well packaged and I have received an exactly what I expected.
