  the item arrived with the package damaged and part of the item was missing, after emailing the seller, to tell them the problem I had ie missing part there where emails been us ref the part The seller then sent out another package which included everything I needed, the parts were fist class and well worth the money I will buy from this seller again and I recommend this seller for keeping in touch and bending over to sort the problem out

  Good communication but let down by the delivery person, who never gave the person receiving a chance to answer his call to sheltered accommodation. Instead they had to rearrange a delivery to the post office. The goods were as described, well packaged and good price, thanks.
