    I received an item that did not work. Reached out to the seller who was not helpful so I took it up with ebay and paypal to send back the item and get the money back. Now this seller keeps harassing me and messaging me calling me a fraud because she says it works. Not very professional. Would not recommend this seller or purchase from again.

    buyer bought item and then said it didnt work, i asked them to check bulb and they said they did. then they send item back and the item is new in box, never taken out of package, sounds like buyers remorse cause i wouldnt take item back cause they wouldnt send proof that it didnt work. so they open up claim with their credit card company and ebay gave them their money back and allows these type of buyers to continue to buy on ebay and costs me money big thanks ebay!!!!
