  Item despatched and arrived quickly and was a good price. It was described as having a single stud missing, however because it was only packaged in a thin, lightly padded plastic bag, three rther metal parts of the headband had snapped off. Aware this is an outlet and cheap (I'm now buying glue to fix the additional damage), but I would be wary of buying full priced items if this is how they're packaged as would inevitably be damaged - delicate items should be put in a box or with more padding.

  Ordered this for my future daughter-in-laws wedding, and she was waiting in anticipation of receiving the item and trying it on. Three days after I made the payment, I went onto my ebay account to find out whether there was an update on the delivery date. No update, just a refund. No communication whatsoever. It would have cost nothing to do the decent thing and inform me that I would not be receiving the item, and the reason why. Can I now trust this ebayer again? Refund has been received

  Apologies, this item could not be found in the warehouse so I sent a refund as soon as I could. There was a note apologising that it was out of stock; Im very sorry if you did not see this. You could always have messaged us directly if anything was unclear or you had any issues.
