    The seller shipped the manual as soon as he received notification that funds were present in his account. The USPS is the weak link because their tracking isn’t what Amazon and FedEx provide for customers. The shipper provided a very good product and I would positively buy from him again.

    I do not understand this. I have ordered from Shawn a few times with great service. I recently ordered this guide and it arrived with the spine crushed. Someone promptly refunded me but I had some questions on a better packed reorder with no response after several messages. Should I take it that the Seller does not wish to communicate with me?
