They all followed my delivery instructions perfectly and the driver also helped me bring them inside. The staff answered al my questions promptly and are always happy to help. Even though the ladders are refurbished, they looked brand new to me apart from some scrapes and scratches which would have happened in transit anyway. Still need to use yet but great first impression.
