    I had to contact the seller as the cat - advertised as ‘standing’ - did not stand. The seller was lovely and said that she hadn’t had that comment before, but was willing to help me sort the problem. She refunded me half the payment and advised on how to make the cat stand semi permanently. I couldn’t fault this response and her replies were immediate. The cat now ‘stands’ against a table in my dh kitchen - very happy in the end.
