    The delivery was delayed for several days, and when I contacted the seller, they promptly issued a full refund. Interestingly, the parcel arrived a few days later. I offered to pay for it, but the seller apologized for the inconvenience and insisted I keep it. Excellent customer service despite the initial delay!

    Good Quality.Condition good. Good price. Apperance looks good, Tracking delivery was excellent. The items arrived in two really heavy boxes. But open boxes and they split into two smaller bags. As the boxes really heavy,delivery driver was kind enough to place items where I wanted them. To save me from lifting them,delivery guy very helpful. Really satisfied all round with my purchase and delivery. thank you.

Checked tracking and it transpired that my original purchase was damaged in transit, contacted seller who immediately messaged me back and as a result a replacement was actioned, which could not have arrived any quicker.     delivery Company rang my bell dump the bag heavily and moved away very quickly back into the van and drove off, the bag had some loose compost coming out of a couple of nicks in the bag so not properly stored correctly by the courier that’s probably why they didn’t want to hand the goods to me but the supplier issued me with exactly what I wanted and ordered so top marks to the seller just a bad courier I think it was called SPEED pack something like that.
