Purchased clock mechanism and hands. It arrived in an envelope and was damaged. Contacted seller and was offered a 20% refund. I cannot use the item as its bent and unusable. Contacted them again (both times I asked for a full refund. Its only £3.90) and was offered a 50% refund. Reported to Ebay and ive written an honest review. Its tge principal of the matter, how many damaged items are thet sending out?
