  Purchased this bike on a Friday afternoon, receiving a very good deal. The seller was prompt on response and said I could pick it up in Los Angeles at his business the following day. I drove to L.A. the next morning and picked it up. The owner made a special trip to his business to give me a receipt for a tune up at a local bike shop. Steve answered questions and this sale was easily completed. I brought the bike home, set it up for me and gave it a 25 mile ride. The bicycle was flawless.

  I do not recommend !!!! This seller, I paid for a new impact wrench with battery, he sent me impact wrench with a non-working battery, the battery looks like a used one, he offered me to send back, but unfortunately I am in another country and returning it at my own expense is very expensive, the seller did not offer any other options, be prepared to pay for a new product and receive a used or non-working one!!! Do not contact an irresponsible seller!!!! you will lose your time and money!!!

  We offered a full refund for the returned item or a partial refund for the battery return. The cost of shipping would have been included in the refund once we received it. We utilized the global shipping program with Ebay, It is beyond our capabilities to provide an international return label through ebay. We offered a solution, you chose not to do it.
