    I am very disappointed with the quality of this Vera purse. It is very stiff and like my others-it may be a knock-off. I am going to request a return especially at the price I was charged. It also looks brown not black as mentioned and the pattern is blurry. I hope this seller will take this purse back and refund my money -although it says no returns. No stars
