    Good communication, quality product but underwear were stuffed into one envelope and not sealed individually or in packs of 2. Shipping fee was paid to seller, but it was annoying to have to pay a brokerage fee of 24.00 CDN at the door. The entire cost per pair is now 17.00. Royal Mail is my preferred method of delivery.
