    I ordered a 200mm length (only option) but received a 165mm instead. This is intentional. I've emailed you 3 times asking for the correct item, but you've only offered a £10 refund. I don't want a cheap, smaller copy version that isn't what you advertised. advertising one unit and sending a less expensive, smaller size is known as bait and switch fraud here in UK.
