I ordered this tap and was a bargain of a price from the others I was looking at and an extra 10% off was offered, the first tap came but it was defected, the pull out item of the tap wasn’t giving enough water pressure, checked our water pressure all fine, messaged the seller and sent me out a new tap the next day, replaced the item and working like a dream, can’t fault the quick response and replacement and fabulous customer service thank you sooo very much…

Bought the brushed Nickel tap. I didn't want to spend much on a tap we barely use however the tap we got was great quality for price. It does what it's supposed to do. So far so good. Can't comment about the service as we haven't had an issue yet, however the tap arrived when it was supposed to and the packaging was not damaged.
