The seller is dishonest & must be disqualified. After accepted the order, they believed that price wasn't high enough, then deceived buyer that they had no goods, couldn't ship it to buyer on time & asked buyer to cancel order. However, they raised selling price & continuing to sell, this proves that seller deceives buyer with false reasons. After many communications, the products were promised to be shipped, but were not sent & wasn't notified buyer.
