Not the laptop I wanted. This was offered after my original order was lost. I was told it would be sent via special delivery but it was not, and it arrived in poor packaging.

Buyer was given an upgrade from what he purchased but still demanded some compensation which was obviously denied and there you go left a neutral feedback.
