    The laptop arrived before the due date, was excellently packaged and in good condition. All works as described. The power supply however, although working, was making an odd noise, which was a bit disconcerting. When I reported this to the seller, they instantly responded by sending a brand new power supply which, likewise, was very well-packed and works perfectly.     I am absolutely delighted with this transaction, the device was EXACTLY as described and photographed, seller accepted my cheeky best offer, it arrived the very next day professionally packaged, and the icing on the cake was that although stated that it comes with a 'compatible charger', mine came with a genuine Panasonic charger which is a real bonus, thank you. I would highly recommend this seller.

    Item sent was in exceptional condition inspite of its age. Also it has been beautifully refurbished. To be honest I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. It worked straight out of the box and it is obvious this seller is a real professional and quite honestly I can’t believe the value for money. I am actually tempted to buy another before they are sold out but really can’t justify the purchase. I’m sorely tempted though. An absolute bargain!!! Finally the laptop was very well packed. 5 + stars!
