  Seller delayed sending way past due date, and had little concern when questioned for assistance. Item was then delivered having been listed as Very Good with creased & scuffed damaged on corner and similar across corners and edges of spine and boards - overall a very insanitary scruffy looking item which is a child book. Seller then wanted to retain part of the transaction price, against ebay rules. I reminded seller to look at the ebay definition of Very Good - which specifically mention this.

  I never received the item. I contacted the seller twice and didn't get a reply. I then said that unless they reply , I would contact Ebay. Guess what.....within a minute, they replied. I was offered a replacement or a refund. I took the refund. Bad service, but I got a resolution.
