  Had purchased the item from the seller on the 2/November and still today still waiting for the item that was a Christmas present for our great granddaughter today is the 17/December and no item received yet not right just taking my money and not bothering to send what I paid for I really can’t afford this it is not the first time this has happened why should I lose money and have nothing to show for it terrible service

  Avoid this seller! Items arrived in very poor condition. Both cardigans had dirty brown marks in numerous places, they were a dirty grey white, not pure white, one had a visible hole in it and the other had very loose stitching as if it was fraying at the edges. Seller wasn’t helpful and advised she was retiring so didn’t care if I contacted eBay. It appears she has other similar feedback so clearly not the first time. Very disappointing.
